      Job Description

      Danfoss is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Engineer to develop and manage OEM Accounts. The preferred candidate should have a proven track record of supporting customer accounts at the corporate level as a true partner to our customers, and must be based in São Paulo.

      Job Responsibilities

      Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

      • Responsible for the OEM sales activities, enhancing standard guidelines and procedures, with commercial autonomy.
      • Support management in development of the sales strategies, administer inventories, overdues and purchases, administer portfolio of customers with high strategic potential.
      • Develop relationships and establish contacts with strategic customers.
      • Administer sales closing, carry out, validate and support with presentations.
      • Responsible for updating CRM and pipeline.
      • Act according to the company’s Ethical guidelines and its Quality Policy.

      • To be considered for this position, you must have at least a bachelor’s degree in business; engineering preferred and have outstanding communication and business acumen.
      • Sales experience stemming from a technical background.
      • Understanding of the OEM´s business.
      • Collaborate with others in a matrix organization.
      • Advanced English.
