Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Human Resource Data Team Leader who will provide core employee data administration service excellence across Danfoss countries and platforms, and facilitate data management process flows. The position will be located in one of the country in Eastern Europe.

Job Responsibilities

Your main areas of responsibilities will be:

  • Document and update data management procedures and user manuals
  • Functionally manage a Team of 3 HR Data Administrators
  • Liaise with various process owners
  • Monitor and improve data management processes, including suggestions for automation using robotics
  • Maintain data, manage mass change requests and provide reports according to the service scope
  • Monitor data quality and run corrective actions where needed
  • Provide support to global HR process experts and regional HR community for global HR systems related processes
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies
  • Support merger and acquisition initiatives
  • Participate in regular feedback sessions, information and knowledge exchange across the HR user community
Background & Skills

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience,
  • Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module
  • Expertise in Excel and tech savviness,
  • Basics on robotics / AI is a plus
  • Analytical, target oriented work style
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational follow-up skills
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Innovative thinking with a focus on process improvement
  • Team player and international mindset, work virtually thinking
  • English: fluent.
