Danfoss is looking for an enthusiastic HR Generalist who is ready to take on new opportunities. The HR Generalist provides HR support to the HR Manager, leaders and employees creating an engaged and productive workforce through Danfoss' policies, programs and practices.
This position will provide direct support for: recruiting and on-boarding, payroll administration, company sponsored events, compliance with all applicable policies and procedures, benefits Administration, leave management, employee education and training, immigration management, HR auditing and reporting.Job Responsibilities
